Resistance isn't only from or against external forces. In Steven Pressfield's book The War of Art, Mr. Pressfield writes about what he calls "resistance." This resistance refers to our inner struggles and attempts to self-sabotage our own growth. In exploring our monthly theme of Practicing Resistance, we will walk through ways to use joy, laughter, and a bit of grit to overcome not only our external oppressors but also our own selves and the resistance we put up in the face of needed change.
